This 6" narrow boning knife has a stiff razor sharp X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge, yet containing 15 percent chromium to make it stainless. The ergonomically designed non-slip grip on the stain-free white polypropylene handle provides precise control, and the stiff, straight narrow blade allows cutting around bone and cartilage. The handle has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 6" smooth edge boning knife measures 10-7/8" long overall.
