The stamped blade has a pointed tip to help the blade trim fat from large cuts of meat. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free white polypropylene handle that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand.
