This 9-1/2" curved bread knife has a razor sharp, serrated X50 Cr MoV15 German steel blade, high in carbon for hardness to help keep its edge, yet containing 15 percent chromium to make it stain-free. The stamped blade has a curved, serrated edge to help slice through melons and fruit or saw through crusty bread loaves with ease. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free white polypropylene handle that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the curved serrated stainless steel bread knife provides excellent cutting performance and will withstand heavy duty use. It measures 14-3/4" overall, with a 9-1/2" blade.
