To make removal even easier, the pan has not one, but two coatings of PTFE/PFOA-free Quantum2 non-stick finish that withstands temperatures up to 500°F. The 24-gauge aluminized steel construction conducts heat faster and distributes it more evenly than steel alone, and the steel adds more strength and durability to the pan than aluminum alone. A wire-reinforced rim enables it to stand up to the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Dishwasher safe, the 10" non-stick springform cake pan is 2-3/4" deep.
