Utilizing Winston's patented CVap® (Controlled Vapor Technology), this oven delivers exceptional food quality by controlling both temperature and moisture to prevent product shrinkage, drying, and overcooking.

This insulated, single-compartment oven features convection cooking performance and accommodates up to 4 full-size sheet pans, 8 half-size sheet pans, or 8 hotel pans, making it ideal for medium-volume production environments.
