The Winston CHV7-05UV-ST CVap® Cook & Hold Oven is a high-capacity stacked cooking and holding solution designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations, healthcare facilities, and institutional foodservice environments. Featuring two independently operated half-size compartments, this electric oven combines Winston's proven CVap® (Controlled Vapor Technology) with convection cooking to deliver exceptional food quality, moisture retention, and holding performance.

With a total capacity of 10 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26"), 20 half-size sheet pans (13" x 18"), or 20 hotel pans (12" x 20"), the CHV7-05UV-ST provides maximum production in a compact footprint. Each compartment includes a field-reversible solid door, magnetic door handle, automatic water fill system, and advanced C-Touch controls with HACCP data logging capabilities.

The unit supports wireless programming, USB and audio ports, adjustable fan control, and durable stainless-steel construction throughout. Designed for demanding foodservice operations, it helps maintain food texture, moisture, and serving quality while improving efficiency and consistency.
