Designed to handle large production demands, the CHV7-14UV accommodates up to 14 full-size sheet pans, 28 half-size sheet pans, or 28 hotel pans. The cabinet features two field-reversible insulated Dutch doors, automatic water fill, and advanced C-Touch controls that provide programmable cooking functions, HACCP temperature downloads, wireless programming, and fan control capabilities.
