The cast iron griddle-grill combo has exceptionally even heating and heat retention. Cook flapjacks, eggs, bacon and more on the griddle side at breakfast, grilled cheese and Reuben sandwiches on the flat side at lunch, and steaks or chicken breast on the ridged grill side at dinner. This reversible stovetop cast iron griddle is pre-seasoned, so it has an easy-release finish that will continue to improve with use. And it’s safe for the dishwasher, making clean-up a breeze.
