It protects both your tables and countertops and your employees and guests from burns caused by the piping hot cast iron. The cast iron wood underliner has a walnut stain that gives it a rustic, natural look to complement your décor. The UCPU underliner measures 14” x 10” and is designed for the LSCP3 rectangular cast iron griddle pan.
