The stamped blade has a serrated edge to help saw through crusty gluten-free bread loaves with ease. A curved blade also gives the user the ability to use a rocking motion when cutting fruits and vegetables. The hidden tang is set into an ergonomically designed slip-resistant, stain-free purple polypropylene handle for allergen-free use, that offers exceptional comfort and reduces arm and hand fatigue. The handle also has a protective finger guard, and the knife is NSF listed, which means it won't harbor bacteria if properly washed in a dishwasher or by hand. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the 9-1/2" allergen free baker's bread knife provides excellent cutting performance and will withstand heavy duty use. The knife measures 14-3/4" overall.
