The Thermalloy® 16 Quart Stock Pot is ideal for large volume cooking at restaurants. The 11” x 9-4/5” size without cover is perfect for simmering soups, boiling pastas, braising meats and more. Constructed with durable 6 gauge aluminum to evenly conduct heat on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen cooktops. The oversized riveted handles are sturdy and comfortable for use. NSF Listed. Cover not included. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
