UL-Listed for ventless cooking, the Alto-Shaam Vector Multi-Cook VMC-H4H Oven does not require a hood for cooking, even when preparing proteins. It features a ventless catalytic converter allowing it to operate anywhere in a commercial kitchen outside a hood.
The VMC-H4H Vector Multi-Cook Oven is designed to be powerful yet compact, only 21 inches wide. It features four independent cooking chambers with absolutely no flavor transfer between the chambers. Cook different product types simultaneously, such as meats and fish or baked goods and fish. It’s possible because of Alto-Shaam’s Structured Air Technology. This innovative design turns each cooking chamber into an independent oven with separate temperatures, fan speeds, and cook time control. The Alto-Shaam Vector VMC-H4H replaces speed ovens, grills, conveyor ovens, charbroilers, salamanders, and much more, producing better and more consistent quality food within an ultra-compact space. Cook up to two times faster than conventional convection ovens.
This oven has the capacity for one full-size hotel pan in each cooking chamber, features a see-through double pane insulated glass door for heat retention, and touchscreen controls that can save and store pre-set recipe menus via a USB port.
