A more economical version of the Winco stainless steel mandoline, this plastic slicer has most of the same great features, including a four-setting rotary adjustment dial, built-in julienne blades, rubberized non-slip grip, and non-skid folding stand for compact storage. It also has one removable blade that's reversible, with a slice blade on one side and serrated blade on the other. The slicer includes a plastic food pusher, and the blades are a high-carbon steel that retains a sharp edge. The plastic mandoline slicer measures 14-5/8" x 4-13/16".
