It has one refrigerated hopper that can hold up to 8.5 quarts of product and a fast freeze down with low energy consumption. For an economy priced machine, the 6210-C features a fully digital control and display that you’d expect to find on machines costing a lot more. It quickly displays system settings and critical system information. Built-in safety protection automatically protects the motor in the event of cylinder freeze ups, and a high pressure switch prevents compressor overheating.

Notes: The unit is a gravity feed machine. It does not have a pump. Therefore, the product will flow from the refrigerated product-holding hopper down into the freezing cylinder by gravity and typically has a lower product overrun yield than a machine with a pump. Also, this machine does not have a hopper mixing agitator. Therefore, the product must be manually stirred in the hopper every 30-60 minutes to keep the product evenly cooled for food safety and to prevent ice buildup around the hopper walls.
