The cast aluminum head is dual-sided with a flat surface to pound out meat like chicken breast or veal cutlet to a uniform thickness, and a spiked surface for tenderizing meat, such as tougher cuts, chops and steaks. This aluminum meat tenderizer widens, thins and evens out meats so they will cook faster, and breaks down the fibers in tougher meats to make them tender and delicious. The aluminum meat tenderizing tool measures 3" x 3" x 10-1/2".
