Full Size Insulated Heater Proofer Cabinet with Clear Door 120V (Adcraft PW36I)

Adcraft Full Size Heater Proofers are available in insulated and non-insulated models and with clear doors. Controls are simple to operate and units will hold up to 36 full sheet pans with 1 ½” clearance between slides.

Heating and Proofing Modes

• Heating mode: with adjustable settings keeps cabinet temperatures up to 185°F (85°C)
• Proof mode: adjusts humidity between 35% and 95% and temperature up to 115°F (46°C)
