The Winston CHV7-05UV-ST CVap® Cook & Hold Oven is a high-capacity stacked cooking and holding solution designed for commercial kitchens, catering operations, healthcare facilities, and institutional foodservice environments. Featuring two independently operated half-size compartments, this electric oven combines Winston's proven CVap® (Controlled Vapor Technology) with convection cooking to deliver exceptional food quality, moisture retention, and holding performance.

Each compartment includes a field-reversible solid door, magnetic door handle, automatic water fill system, and advanced C-Touch controls with HACCP data logging capabilities.
